Lyndsay Stednitz is a Nebraska native from Craig, where she grew up with her parents and two siblings. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Wayne State College, where she met her husband, Max.

Lyndsay began her professional career at Retire SMART in January 2019 as a Client Service Specialist. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she played a pivotal role in onboarding new clients, working closely with advisors to ensure seamless transitions. In 2023, Lyndsay transitioned to the role of Director of Operations, also taking on the responsibility of overseeing the marketing team. This dual role provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the company’s internal processes and how they align to deliver exceptional service to clients.

In 2025, Lyndsay was promoted to her new role as Vice President of Operations, Lyndsay supports the leadership team and ensures that clients receive the highest level of service. 

Outside of her professional life, Lyndsay enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Max, and their two daughters, Nora and Wynnifred. She values time with family and friends and has a passion for playing board games and traveling with loved ones.
