First Impressions Coordinator Kaitlynn Schimonitz is a fixture at our front desk. Her smiling face often is what greets visitors to our office. Her cheerful voice often is the first thing callers hear. 

The “vibe” we present is not an afterthought. A financial firm can be an intimidating place. We are very intentional about finding the right balance between maintaining a professional tone while making people feel welcome and comfortable, right down to the fresh-basked chocolate chip cookies in the conference room. First-time visitors and clients of many years are treated the same way.

“Special K” shares that passion for service and is crucial to the office experience. Kaitlynn is frequently mentioned by visitors as a bright light that made the experience enjoyable. She also performs administrative assistant duties to support client service specialists and financial advisors.

Born and raised in Omaha, Kaitlynn is a devout Christian active in her church. She is a self-declared expert in relationship advice and “most things dogs.” If she is not traveling or singing, she probably is pursuing one of the many outdoor activities she enjoys.
