Alexis Hoover is the First Impressions Coordinator for Retire SMART’s Lincoln office. The born-n-bred Nebraskan and Kansas State graduate joined Retire SMART in 2025. Her college focus on leadership studies and conflict resolution come in handy as she exemplifies the priority Retire SMART puts on service and making the client experience positive.

2025 was a big year for Alexis. In addition to beginning her career at Retire SMART, she got married! Apparently she applies good-impression principles in her private life as well as at the front desk at Retire SMART.

Alexis was raised in a devout Christian family, and faith infuses and motivates her in every aspect of life. From job to family life to recreational activities such as weight-lifting and hiking, Alexis strives to excel and be a source of positivity to those around her.
