Alli Johnson joined Retire SMART in November 2024 as a First Impressions Coordinator and quickly became a vital part of the front desk team, often the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Known for creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere, she helps set the tone for the exceptional service the firm is known for. Alli has now transitioned into a client service role where she assists advisors and staff with various client service needs.

With a strong background in client relations and operations across healthcare, finance, and banking, Alli brings valuable experience to the team. She’s also earned the title of the firm’s “AI Czar,” leading efforts to integrate artificial intelligence tools that improve internal processes and efficiency. Alli holds an Associate of Arts and an Associate of Science from McCook Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology with a concentration in Cetology, the study of whales, from the University of Nebraska Omaha.

Alli’s favorite part of working at Retire SMART is the team culture and the balance it brings to her life. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, writing, cooking, and playing board games, as well as spending quality time with her siblings. From client service hospitality to forward-thinking AI leadership, Alli is truly making a whale of an impact at Retire SMART.
