Kimberlynne Riedel is a First Impressions Coordinator at Retire SMART’s headquarters office in Omaha. A financial firm can be an intimidating place. As a first point of contact, Kim makes clients and other visitors feel welcome. She also assists advisors in various ways to meet our ultimate team goal of providing the best possible service for our clients.
Kim grew up in a family dedicated to service. Her parents served as family teachers at Boys Town for four years and continue to work in social services. Not surprisingly, Kim calls the service-driven culture at Retire SMART “incredible,” including the emphasis on employees maintaining a good balance between work life and personal life. In her “me” time, Kim likes to read and write, with a bit of video gaming and anime mixed in.
A native of South Dakota, Kim is a graduate of Millard North High School in Omaha. She is pursuing a notary license and credentials in life insurance, health insurance, and annuities.
